About the event
Join us "Sync Your Life", Thursday, June 18th 7-8:30pm. Come discover how to sync your cycle with nutrition and exercise, optimizing your overall health!
$25 per person; $48 mother/daughter combo; $65 family rate (i.e. a mother and two or more daughters or a Mother/Daughter plus a friend etc). Price includes: class, materials, interactive session of Soul Care and sample food tables for each phase of the cycle!
This evening is for any women in High School or older and is presented by Côr Fertility in partnership with Aubrey Rogers, PA-C, certified Billings ovulation Method instructor and FEMM Medical Protocol Trained, Natalie NewCamp, Soul Core Instructor at Laudate Fitness and Maria Phelps certified FEMM instructor.
